Our company has selected the following dust removal plan for handling dust on the side of the coke oven machine: the operation of the coke oven body, pushing coke machine, coal loader, mobile belt trolley, etc. The dust removal process flow is as follows: coke oven mouth → dust hood → dust removal pipe network → mobile belt trolley → dust removal ground station → dust removal fan → chimney → atmosphere. Above the side column of the coke oven machine, a smoke hood is installed at the top of the furnace. Before pushing and loading coal, the movable part of the dust hood above the pushing coke machine is driven by the oil cylinder to move forward and tightly fit with the smoke hood at the top of the coke oven. The windproof covers at both ends roll at an angle driven by the oil cylinder, completing the sealing between the two ends and the furnace body. The fan of the ground dust removal station is controlled by a frequency converter, which switches from low speed to high speed operation, and then starts to open and close the furnace door, push coke, load coal, etc.


Upgrade and transform the coke oven process, furnace head smoke collection equipment, and furnace head smoke purification equipment, and select a cyclone bag dust collector to directly collect the smoke and dust generated during coke pushing through the dust collection hood and pass through the dust removal main pipe, flame arrester, tar processor, cyclone bag dust collector and other links. To address the issues with existing technology, the purpose of this system is to provide a smoke and dust collection device for the side door and top of a tamping coke oven machine. The device imports and collects smoke and dust through a smoke and dust collection device located on the side door and top of the machine, a smoke and dust collection device located on the smoke and dust removal vehicle, and a coal loading sealing device located on the coal loading vehicle.


To achieve the above objectives, three sets of equipment have been added to the smoke and dust removal vehicle, machine side furnace top, and coal loading vehicle. The technical plan is as follows:


1. Furnace top smoke and dust collection equipment:


A furnace top smoke and dust collection equipment is installed on the smoke and dust removal vehicle. This equipment mainly consists of a movable smoke and dust removal vehicle on the furnace top, a furnace top smoke and dust collection pipeline, a docking guide sleeve, and one 11KW axial flow fan. The axial flow fan is connected to the combustion chamber, the furnace top smoke and dust collection pipeline, and the docking guide sleeve in sequence, and is installed on the smoke and dust removal vehicle. The docking guide sleeve is docked with the docking guide sleeve on the furnace top during coal loading. When loading coal, the smoke and dust removal truck operates by starting the axial flow fan. At this time, a large amount of smoke, raw gas, and dust are introduced into the smoke and dust collection equipment on the furnace top of the smoke and dust removal truck through the smoke and dust collection equipment on the machine side, and enter the combustion chamber.


The furnace top smoke and dust collection equipment includes an axial flow fan, connecting pipes, smoke hood, smoke and dust collection pipe I, elastic pipes, and walking carts; One end of the axial flow fan is connected and fixed to the smoke hood through a connecting pipeline, and the other end of the axial flow fan is connected to the dust collection pipeline of the furnace top smoke guide car; The smoke hood and smoke collection pipeline I are fixed by welding reinforced ribs; The smoke and dust collection pipeline I is fixed to the elastic pipeline through bolt connection; The walking cart is equipped with a docking guide sleeve I connected to the elastic pipeline.


2. Smoke and dust collection equipment:


Dust collection equipment has been added above each furnace hole on the machine side furnace top, mainly consisting of a dust collection hood and a connecting pipeline docking guide sleeve. The dust collection hood is set above the machine side furnace door and connected to the docking guide sleeve through a connecting pipeline. The docking guide sleeve is set above the furnace top.


The machine side smoke and dust collection equipment includes a docking guide sleeve II for connecting and fixing with the docking guide sleeve I on the walking car, and a smoke and dust collection pipeline II; The front end of the smoke and dust collection pipeline II is connected to the docking guide sleeve II, and the rear end is equipped with a smoke and dust collection cover extending towards the coal loading port of the coke oven; The front end of the coal sealing equipment is equipped with a furnace hood, and the upper end of the furnace hood is provided with a groove for the smoke and dust collection hood to extend into; The side wall of the smoke and dust collection hood is shortened towards the center to form a closed mouth shape.


3. Coal sealing equipment:


Install a new type of sealing frame on the coal loading truck, which is made of heat-resistant material; Redesign the sealing frame structure: The new sealing frame adopts an inner elastic clamping method, and a coal cake guide plate is set at the touch of the coal cake to reduce the gap between the coal cake and the sealing frame, avoiding smoke from overflowing from both ends of the coal cake and achieving a good sealing effect; Set up a negative pressure flow pipeline for flue gas to deal with the problem of high and low pressure converted flue gas overflowing under negative pressure during coal loading.


Coal sealing equipment, including sealing structure and roller equipment for driving the sealing structure; The front and rear ends of the sealed structure are equipped with openings; The roller equipment is fixedly connected to the sealing structure; A sealing plate I is installed at the front opening of the sealing structure; The front end of the sealing plate I is connected to the inner wall of the opening at the front end of the sealing structure through a pin shaft, and the rear end is connected to the sealing structure through a spring I; A guide plate is installed at the rear opening of the sealed structure; The guide plate is connected to the outer wall of the rear opening of the sealing structure through a pin shaft, and the rear end of the outer pin shaft connection of the guide plate is fixed to the outer wall of the rear opening of the sealing structure through a spring II; The front end of the guide plate is a curved surface that protrudes towards the center of the sealing structure, and the rear end is a slanted guide surface that tilts towards the center of the sealing structure.
